Base Rate
From JPY 110,000 for up to 5 adults (2 rooms). Rates vary depending on weekdays, Saturdays, days before holidays, and peak seasons.
Additional Room Charge：An additional fee of JPY 28,600 applies for each extra room (maximum 2 adults per room). Up to 3 additional rooms may be added (maximum 6 adults).
Children Sharing Beds：Children of elementary school age and under may stay free of charge when sharing beds with adults.
Notes：All rates include consumption tax.

A JPY 10,000 discount applies from the second night for consecutive stays.
If cleaning service is required during your stay, the consecutive-stay discount does not apply.

Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance.
Reservation Period
Reservations open at 10:00 a.m. on the first day of the month, five months prior to your stay.
Provisional reservations are not accepted.
Cancellation Policy
30–7 days prior to arrival：20%
6–4 days prior to arrival：50%
3 days or less prior to arrival：100%

Available only when staying guests invite day-use visitors.

BBQ Use

Shuttle Service
Complimentary shuttle service between the property and Tateyama Station
